The Student Experience at Community Colleges During COVID-19

Implications for Student Success and Retention

A discussion about the results of a nationwide college student survey focusing on the student experience during the COVID-19 pandemic. Presenters focused specifically on results from students currently enrolled at community colleges and shared insights into student satisfaction, student success factors and students’ intentions to re-enroll.  They explored the impact of both the pandemic, as well as institutional decision making on the students’ experience.
