Part 2 of 4 in the "Focus Groups in Assessment Series
Once you have decided that focus groups will be included in your assessment efforts, you need to develop a successful process. You can begin by addressing some key questions. Who is best suited to facilitate? How many students should participate in a session, and how should they be recruited? Should incentives be offered? And how should results be used? By determining your strategy and approach to these and other questions, you’ll be in a better position to use focus group data to achieve your campus and goals.
