Help when you need it
Standard Anthology technical support is available during business hours (9am through 5pm EST, Monday through Friday).
Anthology provides pager support for after hours emergencies from 5pm to 10pm Monday through Friday, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
Online tools and training
The
Anthology Customer Zone contains technical information, product downloads and productivity enhancements, including online training videos, documents and many other resources. The Customer Zone is available to users with a valid Maintenance Contract.
